TLDR!
Here’s what to expect from this month’s very short update:

A super quick update!
I’m making really good progress on getting the audio recordings for “Shadows Over Seattle: Prequels 1-6”. I’ve currently completed, “Under A Hunter’s Moon”, “The Lupine’s Call”, and “Wolves In The Desert”. I’m mostly happy with the outcome for “Appointment with Death”, but I might go back through and tweak a few things.
Now it’s on to “April Fool”, which is a story with a lot of character voice changes. So, this one might take a little longer to complete the the others. Then there’s one last story to work through, the addition of sound effects, and a final review of the entire audio.
I spent some time re-organizing my writing space
My desk has been cluttered for a very long time, and I had run out of space on which I could stack things. This was very frustrating, especially for a writer who often needs multiple references easily to hand.
I knew the key was to de-clutter the desk, but most of the shelves weren't easy to install, or didn't fit the space I had available.
So, I looked for a more flexible, and easily installed, organization system on Amazon. I think I made a great choice. As you’ll see below I went with a 4 panel pegboard set for installation, but I also ordered the 8 panel set to increase the number of options I had available.
The kits both contain easily installed pegboard panels, a selection hangers, shelves, clips and pots. This gives you options for how you organize your space. But, if you're like me you'll probably spend more time deciding how to organize the space than you do installing the panels.
My desk space is now the most uncluttered it has been in years, and I still have panels and hardware left over, because I left a big open space for post-it notes. (Yes, those MIGHT be plot-related notes).
Disclaimer: If you purchase either of these kits through the links, I may earn a small payment.
4-Panel pack : includes 4 pegboard panels (11” x 11”), 2 containers (3.5’’ x 3’’ x 3.1’)’, 2 shelves (11’’ x 3.5’’ x 1.2’’), 1 letter holder (7.3’’ x 4.9’’ x 2.2’’), 2 long hooks (2.4’’ x 3.7’’), 5 hooks (1’’ x 2.4’)’, and 2 clips (0.8’’ x 3.1’’)
8-Panel pack : includes 8 pegboard panels (11" x 11"), 4 containers (3.5’’ x 3’’ x 3.1’’), 4 shelves (11’’ x 3.5’’ x 1.2’’), 2 letter holder (7.3’’ x 4.9’’ x 2.2’’), 4 long hooks (2.4’’ x 3.7’’), 10 hooks (1’’ x 2.4’’), and 8 clips (0.8’’ x 3.1’’)
