Winter Arrived, But Only Delayed The Inevitable
My target of releasing my first anthology is getting closer by the day
TLDR!
Here’s what to expect from this month’s update (it’s a little longer than usual, so please feel free to skip sections that don’t interest you):

Winter arrived in Alaska!
Well, winter has officially arrived here in Alaska.
How do I know? Because the kids on the corner built their first snowman of the season.
We got a couple of inches of snow on the roads and everyone suddenly forgot how to drive. Here are more signs to look for:
Headlights are not functioning (or not turned on during around dawn & dusk)
brakes apparently aren’t working (or more likely people aren’t allowing additional breaking distance for slippery conditions)
Tire shops have been insanely busy swapping people over from summer tires to winter tires.
The number of accidents on the roads has gone up
And cars are being pulled out of the roadside ditches
So, please check your brakes, tires, lights and emergency kits before winter sets in too deep. I want all of you to have a safe and joyful holiday season.
I’m delaying the release of “Shadows Over Seattle: Prequels 1-5” - for good reasons!
I’ve finished editing the short stories, so the basic manuscript is looking amazing. A few awkward sentences have been tidied up, odd punctuation has been fixed. But most importantly, I have the text formatted consistently, and uploaded into a finished manuscript.
I’ve also written the interior & exterior blurbs, and have ideas for what I’d like the cover to look like.
And that’s the reason for the release delay!
Having formatted the text, and uploaded it, I found that the book will come out around 120 pages. Which means I want to investigate the option of doing a paperback release, as well as an ebook release.
I’m currently working with a cover artist on this final part of the project. But you can check out what the collection will contain by clicking the button below.
